  • Recode Your Reality, Part 2

    Expand Your  Dimensional.  Integrate and balance across each dimension expanding your level of development across the 2 polarities, the 3 dimensions of time, the 9 domains of intelligences and evolving to a more integrated level of conscious awareness.   In this module we present you with exercises and trainings which are designed to help you to unlock hidden abilities and expand your mental, emotional, and behavioral flexibility through a set of exercises which will help you build your flexibility, dimensionality, and range in each of the 5 dimensions.

Recode Module 4 Videos

This week's trainings contain 24 videos  on Recoding Your Reality -  Expanding Your Multi-Dimensionality which take you through a series of trainings and exercises that will help you develop more dimensionality in the areas you most need to focus on.  Take the Multi-Dimensional Assessment first and after reading your Results and the Summary Report you'll know first hand where to focus.   You'll be picking one vector to work on and watching the associated videos that below to that vector.  Everyone should watch Videos 1, 2, 7, and 8.

Each module contains exercises and reflection questions to help you integrate this material.  These exercises will be explained in the videos and will appear in an editable Recode Workbook which you can use to fill in your responses.

RECODE MODULE 4, Video 1: Expanding Your Dimensionality (9:46)

In this video we give an overview of this module's content and talk about how to approach all the exercises we've created to help you expand your dimensionality.  Make sure you've already taken the Multi-Dimensional Assessment so that you can reference your results and the Multi-Dimensional Summary Report.

RECODE MODULE 4, Video 2: How to Choose What To Develop (10:26)

In this video we give you two methods to help you choose which vector to focus on for the upcoming week.  One of these methods is an internal / self referenced process which has you revisiting your ideal life and seeing what would have you most in proximity to that future version of you while the other is an external / others referenced process which has you reaching out to your community for feedback.

RECODE MODULE 4, Video 3: Introducing The Polarity Exercises (13:12)

In this video we introduce our Polarity exercises.  If this is the vector you have chosen for this week, you'll be asked to choose whether to develop more of your masculine polarity or more of your feminine polarity as we introduce 4 different exercises to develop your dimensionality in this area:  3a Developing the Active Masculine, 3a Developing the Passive Masculine, 3b Developing the Active Feminine, and 3b Developing the Passive Feminine.

RECODE MODULE 4, Video 3b: Active & Passive Feminine Exercises (24:11)

In this video we walk you through two exercises, one to develop your Active Feminine (Creative Expression / Intuitive) and one to develop your Passive Feminine (Attraction / Seduction).  If you determined that you were going to work on this vector and you needed to develop your feminine qualities, make sure to watch this video.

RECODE MODULE 4, Video 4: Introducing The Time Exercises (7:11)

In this video we introduce three timeline exercises and how your mind creates spatial representations of your timeline which impact your positive or negative experience of time.  If this is the vector you chose to work on, you'll be presented with 3 exercises to choose from: 4a - Reorienting Your Past Negative Timeline, 4b - Reorienting Your Present Negative Timeline, and Reorienting Your Future Negative Timeline.

In this video we present several different exercises to help you develop your Mathematical and Logical intelligence.  We've developed trainings that will have you improve your problem solving skills and become more familiar with using numbers to model your projects.  We'll even show you some online puzzles you can play with to improve things like your memory, attention, and focus.   • Integration Exercises

    This entire module  is devoted to integration.   Last week we explored the vectors of dimensionality.  This week we are having you expand your dimensionality through engaging in the various exercises and trainings we’ve provided this week.

    Choose ONE VECTOR to work on in the coming weeks based on what will be most exciting, constructive, and important focus there and then if you wish you can revisit this content to continue your develop in other areas of your dimensionality.

    There are enough trainings and exercises here to work on this for a full year.  So don’t get overwhelmed, just pick and choose the ones using the Processes we recommend in Video 2 and have fun expanding your dimensionality and range.  It will serve you well for what’s to come.

  • Self Reflections

    Reflections exercises are one or more questions that we’d like you to be in deep consideration of for the entire week.  These are meant to be shared with your family, friends, and community so that they can offer you a more complete 360 view of yourself, your identity, and your reality.

    Everyone has blind spots.  These are areas where we are less developed that are outside our view.  Getting reflections will point out things that you might not ever know yourself.

    In addition, the more you consider these reflection questions the more likely you’ll be able to break through your current level of thinking and use the exercises to leap frog into a new level of consciousness.

    These questions will be posted on the Recode Facebook Forum where they are meant to be responded to by you from week to week.  Here are this weeks reflection exercises:

    1. Dimensionality Feedback: Ask 1 or 2 people in your life that you spend the most time with the following question:  What qualities would you like to develop most in yourself? Then using their answers see which vector of dimensionality would be most useful for them and explain that vector to them.
    2. Dimensionality Typing:  Start noticing what the vectors of dimensionality are for the people you know.  Taking 3 – 5 people you’ve interacted with develop a Multi-Dimensional Profile of them.  Feel into whether they are predominantly masculine or predominantly feminine.  Listen to how they relate to time to see if it’s more positive or more negative.  Listen for how much they talk about their past versus their present versus their future.   Look for what value systems are most prominent in their thinking and communication.  If you’ve had a conflict with them what shadow level do they tend to demonstrate? Finally looking at the 9 domains, which areas do you see them as having a particular genius with, which areas are you not sure they have developed.  Write down your perspective on their profile in a journal.   Remember it’s not about getting it right, it’s about practicing with these new models of dimensionality so that they become alive and real and something you can assess in yourself and others and use in your daily life.  BONUS points if you start a conversation with them about it and sharing it with them.  In your open dialogue about it you can See if your view accurately reflects their own self image.
