How To Deliver Your Message with Your Body & Voice
Facilitator Masterclass Training 12
“Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves of every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.” — Swami Vivekananda

An Evolution In Marketing
If you are in the business of transforming people’s lives with your services and programs you likely spend a lot of your time, attention, and resources getting new customers — just on feeding yourself and your business. There are basically three common ways to do it.
Ads (like on Facebook) The upside is a super wide reach to a large audience, the downside is that you can easily spend more on a campaign than you are converting to revenue and these leads are often cold because they don’t know you .
JVs ( and launches) The upside is you get introduced to a new audience of warmer leads. The downside is they often take 40% – 50% of your revenue and a significant amount of time to manage. After paying the expenses of your launch, affiliates often make significantly more money than you do, and you still have to do all the work to build and deliver your products and services with a fraction of what’s left
Word of mouth The upside is that it’s low cost and low effort. The downside is that it isn’t repeatable or predictable. You base your business growth on the hope that your clients and customers will proactively be sales people for your business and tell others about you. Can be feast or famine and growth is often slow.
Our industry is basically stalled – just like human civilization was. There haven’t been many innovations in how we actually deliver our products and services for over a decade — we are still mostly packaging videos, group calls, and 1:1 appointments — because we barely have any attention and energy left over after we spend all of our time trying to get customers.
Who’s It For?
1) You have to already have customers (viral loops multiply your customers so 0 x anything is still 0.)
2) You have to really care about your customers getting value
3) You have to have products that really do change people’s lives…(you may think a rolex watch could really change people’s lives but what we are talking about is when the customer is making a personal change in their business or personal lives
4) You DON’T have to be good at marketing, copywriting, launches
5) You DON’T have to have a big email list
What You’ll Learn
– We’re not just teaching you what you need to know to learn how to do viral loops…we’re actually going to sit there with your team and build it with you.
– You’ll learn the copy writing rules that are unique to writing viral loops (they are pretty easy to follow)
– You’ll learn all of the different ways you can add multiple viral loops together to have a compounding effect
– You’ll learn how to use your clientstream viral marketing software so that you’ll be able to setup as many viral loops in the future as you want
– You’ll get Bryan literally writing your viral loop top to bottom if that’s what you need…or working with you and your team collaboratively.
– You’ll get a fully functional starter template that covers all the bases for a functioning viral loop.
– You’ll get a 21pt checklist of every decision you’ll need to make to make your viral loop successful
Implementation Exercises
The key to getting value from any endeavor resides in your willingness to integrate what you are learning and implement it in your life. All new thought and new ideas are useless unless we act upon them. The same is true in this course.
If your goal is to be the kind of person that catalyzes change for others it will require you to step just outside of what’s known and what’s comfortable to act as you breathe and accept the challenges that lie before you.
“You can’t cross a sea by merely staring into the water.” — Rabindranath Tagore
As you begin to create your content for a group facilitated experience, you’ll need to begin with determining which clear story you plan on presenting and then adding engaging and transformational elements to that clear story. Complete the exercises below to create your content for a group facilitation. If you are using RECODE content to become a RECODE FACILITATOR then much of this work is done for you and it’s a matter of learning and practicing it. You’ll find that information in the RECODE WORKBOOK.
Please note as a professional if you end up using our RECODE content in your non RECODE events please attribute us and this program. Do not replicate our material without attribution.
1) Name of Exercise: Take a 3 minute piece of content that is a portion of a presentation that you are likely to use again and again. Practice using both polarities of all 4 categories of effort (weight, space, flow, and time). Ideally you would film yourself and watch the film to see how the different qualities of effort change the meaning of what is transmitted. Practice exaggerating and committing FULLY to each effort.
Self Reflections
Reflections exercises are one or more questions that we’d like you to be in deep consideration of for the entire week. These are meant to be shared with your family, friends, and community so that they can offer you a more complete 360 view of yourself, your identity, and your reality.
Everyone has blind spots. These are areas where we are less developed that are outside our view. Getting reflections will point out things that you might not ever know yourself.
In addition, the more you consider these reflection questions the more likely you’ll be able to break through your current level of thinking and use the exercises to leap frog into a new level of consciousness.
Here is this weeks self reflection question.
1) Which qualities of effort are you most comfortable with? Which are you least comfortable with?
2) What assumptions or definitions do you have about the qualities of effort that you are least comfortable with that have prevented you from fully exploring them.
